3:00 pm - Registration, games, and Hospitality open. If you have not paid in full, please do so at check-in.
6:00 pm - Friday evening dinner. The staff at Ashokan will greet us, remind us of the rules and provide any updates for this weekend. The dinner bell will sound 10 minutes before the meal is served and a second time when the meal is ready (this is the case for all meals).
7:00 pm (or after dinner) - Unstructured evening activities. Campfire and/or astronomy based on evening conditions. The moon will be in its last quarter during the RG. The only planet visible in the nighttime sky will be Jupiter.
9:30 am - hikes - the duration and terrain hiked will be determined based on interest.
11:00 am - noon - So-Duck-U tournament... Okay, may be it’s really Sudoku, but it’s puzzles, and you’re Mensans... do the logic
12:30 - lunch
1:30 pm - 3:30 pm - Croquet and bocce tournaments - we’ll try to do both in the 2 hour period, and stagger it so that you can play in both if you’re interested (this will be determined, in large part, by how many people sign up for each)
3:30 pm - 4:30 pm - Canoe races
4:30 pm - 5:30 pm - The first-ever Ashokan Rubber Ducky Race
5:30 pm - dinner
7:00 pm - Our featured game, “You’re No Match For Us” - a warped combination of Match Game and Survivor. The audience gets to help out too. And none of the top 3 finalists from the last time we played are expected to attend to defend their title. Who will win this magnificent competition? More important, who will get the loudest applause and laughter for the best answers?
9:00 pm - Unstructured evening activities, including astronomy and campfire, weather permitting, just like Friday.
9:30 am - hikes, if interested
10:30 am - all personal belongings must be out of the bunkhouses. If you do not wish to put them in your car immediately, you may leave them in the main building.
12:30 pm - lunch, awards, and announcements
2:00 pm - RG is officially over, and we must be out of all buildings. Guests are welcome to stay on the grounds until dusk.
